Graduate History Society

Formed in 2009, the Graduate History Society (GHS) serves to:

  • Represent the interests of the history graduate students to 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳ faculty, staff, and administration
  • Enrich the intellectual and social life of the graduate students
  • Promote historical studies at the 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳ and in the surrounding community

Membership is open to all graduate students enrolled in the 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳’s graduate history program.

Current GHS Officers:

Marissa Cranell Ash - Correspondence Secretary: The Correspondence Secretary sends out a weekly schedule to the grad students and any other messages from the GHS.

Andrew Russo - Social Secretary: The Social Secretary organizes the monthly off-campus event, History on Tap, and keeps the calendar up to date regarding events and student birthdays.

Alice Wynd - Education Secretary: The Education Secretary organizes History at Work once a month as well as professional development events for the grad students.
