PhD (Education), 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳, 2011; JD, Cornell, 1991. Director of the Law and Bioethics Theme at the 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳ School of Medicine and Dentistry. Teaches, primarily in the medical school, on the intersection of law and health care, medical judgment and decision-making, and bioethics. Current research explores coaching as a form of instruction and as a component of medical ethics education and issues in applied ethical decision-making in health care. Previously, she held a Clinical Ethics Fellowship at the 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳ School of Medicine and Dentistry. She co-founded and served as Director of the Computer Policy and Law Program, Cornell University (now the EDUCAUSE/Cornell Institute for Computer Policy and Law).
